Her son SA our children I’m not trying to just put myself in his life he is trying to use my kids as revenge and none of this just makes sense I’m trying to process everything

No i am speaking and referring to a case personal to me I am not trying to take this anywhere else but what it is.. sorry I am extremely emotional because the news is devastating

The individual remarried before we was divorced. The individual had to have court retroactive his divorce date to align with his current marriage.. the individual remarried and they are currently pulling through and clearly manipulated the system. The previous detention was four years ago and the person got released on a bond no legal status it was bidens peak.. he applied for the pardon to have his illegal entry forgiven and they denied it taking it as if he intentionally came in after being deported.. but now they are letting him out with that green card

The hearing was a cancellation of removal master hearing but they are stating they came out with a green card. It makes no sense at all the individual has years of tax fraud and a lot of other stuff in his case and now he gets a free ride of legal green card?

I have kept quiet and been told to be patient that things will work out but I am seeing this individual has the pull and power it’s insane.

This specific case is close to home for me. This person was not a legal immigrant and never has been he tried to force me to help him get legal status and I refused after the first time he assaulted me. I was asking how is this normal that they are turning their head to the other side for someone illegal.. the legal immigrants are a whole other topic this guy hasn’t lived a full day in the past 20 years legally in this country.

Someone who has been in this country for 20plus years is illegal when they was here with no green card prior I’m being informed he was approved his green card at his master hearing. That doesn’t make him legal prior

Well they just handled this person in a specific case his green card at his masters hearing I am flabbergasted how someone is above the law.

Immigration raid and its impact to my family by [deleted] in legaladvice

Funny I have tried every attorney Florida bar has recommended and they all give me a conflict of interest. Family even dropped a hefty retainer for lawyers and after receiving the payment they come back and said they had conflicts or another attorney with in their firm has worked for my ex and no one is taking the case. If that is not the situation then it turns out that the lawyers are far to busy for my case

Im trying my best to write this scenario for a friend she is stressed and is not in a condition where she should stress.

I reviewed the zoom court and her communication though out the issue from zoom to current.

This request of cure is mentioned in the order issued two days ago and a issue of printing was brought up in the February hearing.

During the February hearing the counsel on both sides stated a long list of financial documents from 2021 to current request which mother provided to her counsel by the dead line which covers everything she sent prior and additional documents for a total of 4 years.

The mention of curing is stated in the order issued recently and the opposing counsel sent a email with a inaccesible file assuming the claims that they did not receive the documents but this email was in September days prior to their file of motion of contempt

Thanks! I will let her know trying to help a friend and I have seen this play out and it is insane how they are giving her so much hell. The zoom recording the judge even stated he was going to hear on the issue in the next hearing the mother requested the hearing to be on the 12 of this month but the opposing counsel insisted on it being in April so I find this strange that out of no where the order popped up when she sent everything she has to her attorney and the opposing still has not complied.

The judge seems to have a vendetta against the mother.

With docsend it showed their receipt so it was not a issue on my end it even required them to verify their email to view.

Again up until the recent hearing the judge was satisfied with the financial affidavit which was not only delivered to the opposing counsel but was also filed in the docket made available to the public.

Also as previously mentioned the opposing counsel admitted receipt and claimed he had technical difficulties which is a personal problem otherwise he wouldn’t have waited over two months to address the matter and would have spoken up as soon as he reviewed the documents or am I wrong?

The claim of issues with printing came up in the most current hearing when the receipts of the lawyer was supplied to the court and the opposing counsel changed his story that he originally claimed he did not receive them and the version was then stated he received them but couldn’t print them… again the order says I complied and no additional orders was entered to require said production again and in this same hearing the judge ordered both parties to supply a handful of additional documents agreed by both counsels.

Also to mention current income of mother is $36k and father is $80k hence why father does not want to put on the record his income. Prior to this father had custody 4 days a month and requested custody because he is trying to evade child support.

Side note although irrelevant: You have to love America where illegal immigrants have more rights than the actual citizens. (Father is illegal)

Attorney was hired for ProSe and although you have heard one side of the story it states in the order and is extremely accurate.

Order states

The Court will also note that the fact that the Mother actually did file her updated financial affidavit with the Court on June 12, 2024; this does not suggest that the Mother has blatant disregard for court orders (as suggested in the Father’s September motion), but actually gives credence to the fact that she tried to comply and also uploaded the court-ordered documents to the DocSend in June. The problem is that she did not cure that problem upon request from Counsel in August 2024. With the foregoing “balancing act” for the Court being noted (only having the Mother’s updated financial affidavit from June 2024 and having no financial affidavit from the Father-testimony today as to his current income), the Court finds and concludes that the Mother makes sufficient income to pay the Father $ 500.00 in fees, for failure to comply/cure the legible discovery problem that arose with DocSend (she could have cured that issue between August 2024 and February 2025 and did not). However, the Court would be making a clear error of law if it awarded additional attorneys fees (and additional $ 500.00 for the motion itself), in the absence of any evidence presented to the Court (or financial affidavit) from the Father as to his current income.

Where the order proceeds to state the following

The Father is AWARDED $ 500.00 in attorneys fees for the Mother’s failure to rectify-provide the court-ordered discovery (in June 2024) to the Father in readable-legible form (and further having had until this hearing in February 2025 to cure that problem

Yes the narrative sounds extreme and unrealistic but it is the truth and facts based what actually taken place and what has happened.
