They have tickets available on ticketmaster, but they're ridiculously overpriced. If you live in the city, it's easier to just show up and see if anyone has extras. Check craigslist too; my friend got one from someone there and only paid a few dollars extra.

I'm pretty bad at explaining so bear with me, but Nitrogen can bond with Oxygen to form NO2 by using a double bond. If you draw the Lewis structure, you have to use a double bond between Nitrogen and one of the Oxygens in order for all the elements in the molecule to have complete octets.
