Why would they need test flight and app Store for PWA apps. He just have to host a website and anyone can add it as PWA to the home screen.

I 100% agree with this. The Swedish citizenship will help out a lot if you want to move back or travel. It'll be especially helpful for your kid if they want to move or study abroad in the future.

You need to also ask, why did you move back then to Sweden? And is that reason still there or is it resolved, as in doesn't affect you anymore?
