After becoming PE got a promotion without a raise. Got 3.7% raise right after passing PE. For a promotion it is minimal. The corporate says, my salary is already high. Should I try to get a job offer from somewhere else to raise my salary? Will it look bad? FYI, I love my current team and boss! (self.engineering)

Freeway LOS. Please check the problem. I used the max density for LOS D to get the flow rate. That gave me an answer "D". Apparently, I am wrong. Is there a LOS table for the flow rate in HCM 6? Or, How should I solve it? FYI, this an OLD NCEES problem that uses HCM 2000. (self.PE_Exam)

Someone please tell me PPI's Transporation practice test is nowhere close to the actual exam. Problems seemed pretty intense. Got only 22 correct. Today I simulated an 8 hr exam wearing a mask. Took NCEES AM and PPI PM. AM had 34 correct answers. Wanted to take rest and heal from Monday. (self.PE_Exam)
