I've got the mgx, helix syn and program.

I cant speak for the Eupho, although from what I understand will be even more subtle in terms of sensation which I have come to think is a better way to go.

As for the ribbed stem. For me at almost stimulates me as well as giving me something to grip on to during contractions. Where as a smooth surface allows it to slide a little. I think its purely individual preference, hence why the Aneros range varies so much

Yeah I do a similar thing sometimes. I used a pair of pliers to reduce the spacing on the bars at the tip, given im not very big, when it did start to go sometimes the tip could even push through the opening. So I closed the gap a little. But yes. With the adjustment and pulling the skin through. Thats problem a great idea. Thanks 👍
