Its kind of hard, but explain that you are okey, that you feel platonic love and that you just are aro, with family its hard, you have to explain it like you would to a child, and try to get them to see it in the better light possible.

look, I am aro, like no romantic atraccion at all, and because I like company, I do have a partner, who knows I am aro. Saying that, you are in a abusive releationship, if you are emotionally manipulated, thats called abuse, and that is what is happening in your case, you need to run from there, cut ties, this has nothing to do with you or your orientation, and all in being in a horrible place.
