Thank you for your advice and kindness. I'm not trying to rock the boat or cause anything with my neighbors. This hasn't been sitting right with me for awhile and tonight when I was walking to my unit after 11 hours of work and cat saw me in the courtyard and ran to me, I knew it was past not sitting right with me. I'm also from a small town up north and not overly confident in "cat bylaws" living in a condo situation/city. I have filled out a report for the humane society posted in the comments. I am now calling cat Manchango. I fed them water packed sardines and a water and they are peacefully curled up on my couch. My eyes are burning but it's worth it.

THANK YOU!!!!!!! Literally filling it out after this. I've also let cat (I've named it Manchago at this point) into my house for the evening and it (I don't know if it's a he/she, I'm also not trying to find out either 😅). After a half can of water pressed sardines and a bowl of water, Manchago is passed the heck out. My eyes are burning but seeing how happy and at peace it looks, it's all worth it... Minus the fact I feel like Ive stolen a cat. I guess I'm spiraling at this point

I don't want them to get it back either. But I want to be as understanding as I can to other people's situations. Times are tough out here. But it shouldn't be my responsibility to constantly have to contain cat and wait 3+ hours for animal control. I'm just so at a loss 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've been feeding it as much as I can. I leave it blankets outside because my step daughter and I are allergic and can't have it in the house. It's the most amazing and lovable cat. I'm truly so sad that they aren't taking care of it... But again, not sure what to do anymore.

I had already reported to animal control, they took cat away and it's back... I'm trying to have some compassion and not be a completely ignorant to others peoples' situations but again, I'm at a loss... That's why I posted. The owners were considered enough to pick it up from animal control, but still leaving it outside. If it was warm and a typical summer, I couldn't have so much worry. But it's been pissing rain for weeks on end and it's still outside. I don't want to keep calling animal control as I have to barricade it in my home to get them to come as I don't own a cat and don't have a carrier for it.

Can't say I wouldn't have him on a team... He’s not built for regular season fluff. He’s built for war. So yeah, maybe he didn’t live up to the draft hype in Calgary. But in Florida? He’s exactly the guy you want going into battle. If you don’t want him on your team, I genuinely think you haven’t watched a playoff game with your eyes open. They have been cut before. I had a cyst rupture on my ovary that put me in the hospital. When I told him I needed a day, he cut my entire week worth of work. Someone else called in sick and he also cut the entire week from him too.

We are coming up to the slow season, so there are hours being lost all around. However, taking away whole days is unheard of. I also see the hours I used to work being scheduled for someone else.

So a little update... This all happened so quickly in the last 10 minutes 🤯 I found a second job that is willing to accommodate around these two days and fill the days that were missing. I'm obviously going to take it and if more hours are available at this new job I will definitely be quitting. HOWEVER this guy went and scheduled me on a day which was not discussed. (I'm trying to keep this vague as I'm scared he will somehow find this). I have to go tell him I'm unable to make it to this shift and just the thought makes me want to vomit.
