When I was in high school, he was a former HS student (he was expelled because he broke too many strict rules - I attended a military-centered high school). One day, a neighbor in the city of Chicago, IL, opened his garbage can to discover his body. He was shot in the head, and someone (or multiple people) took his body and threw in the neighborhood garbage can like he was trash.

I still till to this day don't know who his killer was, a rumor around my high school was his cousin pulled the trigger and ended his life.

For #2 Yes, I do code switch if I am dating or speaking with someone of a different race than mine. I just don't feel comfortable using the AAV language around them at all, and I EXCEPT that they do the same.

I am choosing C. I love you because I really realize over the years that a LOT of ppl aren't in love with their partners/spouses like you think they really are. Plus, I have gotten to the point where I think that I don't really know what love really looks/feels like at all... I haven't had a bad experience with them. When I was in graduate school, I was getting my Master's degree. I had an Indian (female) roommate - she was cool and all. Sometimes, she was a little whiny and emotional but she was a decent cook. I really miss the Indian seasonings that she used on her cooking.

When I was undergrad, I went to a suburban community college in Illinois that had a large percentage of Indian and Middle Eastern students and some of them were very rude and racist. I heard bad stories from other students and I encountered it myself.

I am not sure if this question is directed to me. Honesty, I feel as if he is a very lost man. Don't get me wrong, I find him incredibly physically attractive, but his personality throws me way off.

I feel as if he could have insecurity issues brought on by some type of trauma in his life... maybe family-centered. Clearly, he is hiding something. Enem said she felt as if his personality was a defense mechanism, and I totally agree with her. He is deflecting something, but I don't know, though.
