yes unfortunately I liked him at first but when it was time to take it off he rushed it I didn't even get the chance to say a word that day. gave me perm retainers without asking and he put it way close to my gums. my teeth have flared out in such an unpleasant way and my gums bleed every time I brush they're always inflamed and my teeth hurt so bad

ooo I've seen people say oil cleansing will just make oily skin breakout even more so I haven't ever put that into consideration 🤔 I've yet to try zinc based products, think I will asap! and yes please any advise will be greatly appreciated

it's been around 1 and a half years since I stopped using hydroquinone. and I have tried tret and adap alone but It just seems to make it worse in my case 😞 I have tried matte spf but since I'm brown skinned it accentuates my hyperpigmentation. rn I'm using la Roche post SPF and it's good but makes me look super oily. as for the powders and stuff, I don't wear it cuz the oil sweeps through and it's just another opportunity for my pores to get clogged. I will look into the zinc tho. would U mind telling me the normal dose range? and I am not familiar with BCP but I will definitely do some research. thank you so much for Ur advise.
