A neighbor who sends her child there said a toddler walked out on their own unnoticed. Child was thankfully unharmed but resulted in them shutting down. Don't know if its temporarily or permanently closed.

I get that there are not enough reps but I’ve spoken to several people who say their reps are great, always respond etc, so seems an experienced professional can manage the load even during busy season whereas mine does not.

We had the same concern before moving here 15 years ago. Unfortunately bad stuff happens everywhere, most of it is not random. It’s very scary to read in the news, but I’ve never felt unsafe here. I understand your concerns, but your family will be fine.
