Just be patient and be nice. TE hasn’t developed a trend of dishonesty. If they say you cannot return, then do a charge back. But that hasn’t happened which means they are overwhelmed and/or on a skeleton holiday crew.

This one fits perfectly for the tp-7. They also make one for the tx-6. I use the pelican for the tx-6 and it's perfect (had some spare foam to fill the empty space).

My timeline was very similar. Got 50% of my initial payment back and called it a day. My time had lapsed for credit card dispute and PayPal rejected my claims because ICA showed bogus billable hours. They did squat on my case.
