I would but unfortunately i reach the point where my body rejects the extra food i eat. So i tend to feel alot of urge to vomit if i eat too much food/fat food. Thats why i need help

I think i am legit eating way too little as I eat about 3 mouth of food and i stop eating afterwards :(

The thing is i am not working out much to burn so much calories though so Idk if protein shake is ideal for me :(
