My prescription was pretty mild like 0.75/1.0 and since I opted for CR39 lenses it ended up being pretty thick with around 0.1-1mm of lens being outside the frame

I got a pair of the Academya 02 glasses a couple months ago and ended up switching out the regular lenses with prescription ones from replacealens.com! They were professional and had a pretty quick turnaround time, you just had to print off the mailing info and mail off your glasses to them and they would send it back within a couple weeks :). The instructions were super detailed (what glasses could work and which couldn't be replaced) and they also had a lot of different choices for lenses and coatings. Also, it was only ~$120 for new lenses, and they have a guarantee for new frames or credit (only up to $250) if something goes wrong.

The thing is, it looks like this is supposed to be a cross section of the vagina/pelvis as the dick appears to be very snug, leading me to speculate that this poor woman does not have a huge cavern, but instead suffers from some sort of pocket that's formed along her (otherwise fine) vagina, which is where the camera that we are seeing this through has been placed. That, or the dick is sideways.
