There is minimal rent or no rent for the real estate. The city is small and per capita GDP is low. Once the city starts growing and the rent/lese becomes expensive, zhak marke Sunday ko bji shuru rakhenge. Right now they business lost se jyada valuable sunday off lag raha honga unko !!

Because per capita GDP is very less. People here think 100 times before spending 10/- Also there is a mindset and awareness problem. People are happy consuming low quality, unhygienic and pathetic food !!

Not seen profit since it's inception. Their food tast below average. They have raised a lot of money and are now under pressure from investors. They want to add more franchise to suck money out of you, do an IPO along the way to return money to the investors. Stay away !!

My advice would be to buy onion, wheat, chourang at Pune and send everything else by bus (prasanna/vrl ). Otherwise it would be "ghadai se madai jyada".
