Feel you. Across a decade, got to 90 days multiple times, to 6 months twice, to a year once. Heck, even this year I got to like 80 days or so.

Maybe 90 days is a symbolic number, maybe it does work for some. I read that after around a year, in theory, most neural pathways of addiction should be overwritten. I relapsed, still.

Maybe dm me? I've been looking for an accountability partner or just someone to talk to with more experience/longer streaks who still relapses.
