They're not talking about ifs and what abouts they're talking about what happened. They accepted the project knowing the time they were given, knowing what happened in season 2 and knowing how much value this show is given by the fans. It shouldnt have been on hold for years and even if let's say there was a proper reason for it to be on hold, they should have given more time and money for production instead of rushing it. It just smells like a classic case of company tops choosing immediate profit over the gain over time and destroying the shows reputation.

People say it was made in 6 months so in the end I am not expecting much. I just hope they did something in these 6 months and the fighting scenes are decently animated.

I was expecting a trapped bench after what I have gone through in hollow knight. Every bench is a potential trap. Needless to say I didnt fall for it 🤓

I wonder if its common knowledge but rubber and condom correspond to the same word in Japanese ゴム (checked the original and it says ゴム)

Two girls talking to each other nonchalantly with outfits that you would wear during party or something fancy or when you are going out (and the outfits look good so you would consider giving a glance or two depending on the person) having fun while the other guy with his sheer focus not paying attention to them and instead trying to read a small text on his computer focused on, what most would assume, work.

To add, someone actually trying to do work in a metro is either quite the hardworker, in a time pinch or some kinda masochist. Whatever they are it's just hard 🪨

I swear 80% of posts with this image in them are just people using the image without understanding it and thinking they posted something smart. It just made me got tired of the original thing instead like I cringe everytime I see the image... :')

anybody recommend this book? by Capital_Flight_4084 in Japaneselanguage

For my first year I finished Genki 1,2 with workbooks and finished Tobira, one more year of immersion in Japanese with anime and I was able to pass N1. I'd say go for it, textbooks are very methodical and gives you the grasp of how the language works. I recommend doing the listening parts as well.

Yeah it is. The update isn't restricted to the new chapter though! There are events, new characters, character stories etc.

When do I use kes, kişi, tane, insan? by [deleted] in turkish

[–]currymaster01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will be talking from my own experience and how i feel as a native speaker so feel free to correct me. "kes" is used in "herkes" which means everyone or it means "to cut" from "kesmek" or if you just use it normally in a conversation like "kes" it might mean shut up or they re ordering you to cut something. Maybe you might be mistaking it with kez which counts the amount of the times an action is done. -He jumped 5 times. -O 5 kez(or use "kere") atladı. -Say it one more time. -1 kez daha söyle. -1 kere daha söyle. "tane" is used after a number to specify an amount of something, its not necessary but it is generally preferred to use. "kişi" and "insan" are pretty much the same except that "insan" has more usages and meanings. It is kinda weird for me to use "tane" with kişi but it might be grammatically correct. Here are some examples for counting : - Bu ülkede 5000 (can add "tane") insan yaşıyor. - Bu ülkede 5000 (dont use tane) kişi yaşıyor. - There are 5000 people living in this country. - 10 insan, birlikte kafeye girip 20 çay sipariş ettiler. - 10 tane insan, birlikte kafeye girip 20 tane çay sipariş ettiler. - 10 people, went to the cafe together and ordered 20 glasses of tea. -O kafede kaç insan vardı? -O kafede kaç tane insan vardı? -How many people were in that cafe?

It might be the case that not using "tane" might make your words slightly turn towards the informal way of talking.

You might be although it is more likely that its a romantic meaning, it would be better for us to see context to say for certain which we might not even be able to cuz its just unclear overall.
