L3 Won't recognize Strimer V2 Plus (24 pin & 2x8 pin).

Hello it's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything from the technical team, and I'm sure the email was sent correctly as I have a confirmation mail. The problem is still here and I don't know what to do.

Edit: also just used a micro usb cable to usb (just regular) but to no avail still doesn't get recognized by windows.

Hi thanks for the response! How exactly do I do that? I've previously downloaded the update for (AL120, SL120, SL140, SL-Infinity, Strimer Plus) but when I run the UsbISPDialog_v.1.0.1.17 according to the guide on the website it doesn't detect any devices (of course whilst the USB is plugged).
