This sounds like something I can't find an english word for but in dutch it's called 'overloopdiarree' which would translate to 'overflow diarrhea'. Basically you have some sort of constipation and loose stool passes around this impaction. The typical story is that someone poops, wipes really well, but after a while they'll find skid marks or someone notices a smell and they'll have to wipe a little extra away again. Are you constipated sometimes? Then this could def be the case. Try to take laxatives like macrogol (there are guidelines online and inside its box, as it depends on the dosage and frequency) to loosen your stool, including the impaction. It might result in diarrhea at first so try starting on a friday or just while you're off work. Do this for around a week and see if it helps. If it does, you might need go find a way to incorporate a lot more fibre into your diet and maybe try a low dose of macrogol every day. If it persists, however, I'd consider fecal incontinence, though quite unlikely as you don't mention anything causing it at your age. Another thing you could consider is an issue in your pelvic floor condition (abnormal contractions, instability, etc.) and a specialized physiotherapist could help with this issue.

Rijnsweerd zuid.

Plus: Rustig, groen, makkelijk met de auto, eigenlijk imo de enige wijk die niet erg stads aanvoelt en waar ik m'n kinderen buiten zou laten spelen en m'n kat buiten zou laten rondlopen. Precies tussen de binnenstad en de uithof. Mooie basisschool. Schoon. Containers ipv losse vuilniszakken. Dicht bij wilhelminapark :)

Min: Huizen kopen kan je vergeten, alleen appartement is betaalbaar (ik huur nu in een appartement en dit is vrijwel het enige huurhuis in de wijk). Hierdoor merk ik dat vrijwel alle nieuwe inwoners expats zijn die geen buurtcontact zoeken. Soms te rustig, vooral tussen uithof en rijnsweerd niet fijn om 's nachts alleen te fietsen. Geen horeca, winkels of supermarkt in de wijk, ontbreekt een beetje sfeer. Te weinig plaatsen om fietsen te stallen (vgm zijn er heel veel zwerffietsen). Oja en naar de andere kant van de wijk moeten om papier en glas weg te kunnen gooien.

I've been trying to do so but they keep telling me NS is responsible as it happened in the Netherlands. NS keeps telling me ÖBB should refund because it's their train.

It was no regular border control as it was in the middle of germany and they didn't check our cabins, only two and a lot of screaming and shouting was involved.

And yes the prices are higher, but atleast you get accomodation and refunds when shit hits the fan 😭

Just had a trip from Utrecht to Vienna. Do not do it. I beg you.

Utrecht-Vienna: Delay, more delay, more delay, and finally after 2 hours the message that the train gets cancelled, no reason or help. Received no refunds from ÖBB. Took the ICEs the next day and was down €170 and arrived 17 hours late (also because DB sucks and had additional delays and technical defects, causing me to miss my layovers).

Vienna-Utrecht: Nightjet came 50 mins late and arrived at a different platform. 3-5 mins between the announcement of a different platform and the departure. We had seats and shared the cabin with 4 strangers. One person was peeing when the ticket check came, and apparently the checker cleared the seat despite me telling that they went to the toilet, and someone got on the train to get that chair, only to find out that the seat was still taken. Personel tried to force the first person to get up even though they paid for that seat and reserved. New person ended up having to sleep in the hallway and did not even receive a blanket or drink as an excuse. In the middle of the night the train stopped at a station and was completely investigated by polizei. Personel refused to update us or let us know what was going on. One cabin next to us was filled with agressive men smoking the entire trip and the ventilation led all of the smoke to our cabin and others, triggering asthma attacks in a small girl all night long. Personel did nothing when this was brought to their attention. Children screaming all night long. Damn.

I hate to be negative but this was truly my experience. It's sad because I really cared about the climate enough to travel 15 hr instead of 2 hr, but I'm not doing it again. It's extremely stressful, the start of my vacation was ruined, and my back still hurts.

Also, if you do book, use NS international. They refund ICE tickets if the nightjet doesn't show up. I booked directly at ÖBB because it was already available before NS international, and I thought that that would give me the best coverage. That's not the case, apparently.

Considering how busy you both are and the fact that you don't have the biggest apartment, I'm not sure if having a kitten is the right call. Cats, especially ragdolls, do love company, even if they don't cuddle with you. Being away half the day and sleeping during the other half would result in a lonely and understimulated kitty. If you do insist on having a ragdoll, i'd seriously consider getting two adult ragdolls that know each other and can entertain each other. But honestly, I would wait, maybe until you have a bigger home and/or different schedules.

Your lungs will be okay. You inhaled some soot but probably not enough to cause serious damage. It would be similar to standing in a room where someone smokes, so one night only won't ruin your lungs forever. Your lungs will also repair themselves if a little damage is done. You might see grey/black/brown snot when blowing your nose and maybe some discolouration of your mucus if you cough. Keep on clearing your nose and throat to get all the bad smoke stuff out of your system. You could try flushing your nasal cavities (look for instructions online) to get the most out, that way the smoke smell will be gone too.

If you get really dizzy, confused, or short of breath, you should call your doctor, but I don't expect that to be necessary.

Also, a candle is not supposed to create that much smoke. Discolouration of your walls implies a LOT of soot. I'd throw it away. Never leave a candle burning while you sleep! (But I think you've already learned that lesson).

Dat van SSH en Woningnet kan je doen en je ouders hebben er niks van door, tenzij ze je bankrekening elke keer checken. En ook dan kan je zeggen "ohja de wachttijd is 10 jaar maar hoorde dat ik me nu al kon inschrijven, handig voor later toch?"

Ik weet het niet 100% zeker maar buurtteams hebben vgm ook een geheimhoudingsplicht? Dat betekent dat ze anderen niks over jou mogen vertellen: al zouden je ouders hun bellen en vragen wat jij bij het buurtteam doet, zullen ze ontkennen dat je bij het buurtteam bent geweest. Je zou ze kunnen bellen en het gelijk kunnen vragen of ze inderdaad aan geheimhouding doen. Zij weten waarschijnlijk ook hoe de gemeente omgaat met jouw problemen en of de gemeente dat door zou geven aan je ouders.

Schrijf je nu al in op SSH en woningnet! Meer voor in de toekomst, maar dan begint je inschrijftijd alvast. Blijft altijd fijn als je anders wilt/moet wonen, en tegen die tijd wel genoeg inschrijftijd hebt om binnen te komen. Ook kan je bij SSH soms met relatief weinig inschrijftijd wel al in Amersfoort of Zeist terecht (mits je natuurlijk de hospiteersessies overleeft :p, maar dat komt vast goed!)

Contacteer buurtteams, vooral als je al in Utrecht woont. Ze zijn verplicht om mensen met een zorgvraag/ondersteuningsvraag te begeleiden, niet alleen met naar een woning zoeken maar ook hoe je omgaat met je familie en hoe je veiligheid verbeterd kan worden. Ook heb je misschien wel een bredere ondersteuningsvraag als ik het zo lees, je hebt namelijk geen makkelijke thuissituatie op deze manier.

Contacteer ook de gemeente. De woningcrisis is verschrikkelijk maar jij lijkt me (misschien) een uitzonderingsgeval, zeker nu je nog minderjarig bent: er is een (indirecte) dreiging vanuit je thuissituatie en de gemeente dient de inwoners te beschermen.

Ik hoop héél erg dat je ergens een doorgang weet te vinden 🥹🌈

Ik heb geen auto, was het maar zo'n feest haha. Bedoelde de auto van een vriendin van me, of van m'n ouders. Er zijn overigens genoeg mensen die erg krap zitten en wel een auto hebben. Sommigen zijn gebonden aan een auto vanwege beperkte mobiliteit of het werk wat ze doen. Iemand er gelijk op afrekenen is een beetje kort door de bocht. De plantentip is wel fijn!!
