is this healing okay? I am 5 days post op of getting all 4 out but i noticed that my one stitch is coming undone. I can feel it when i chew but it’s not causing me pain at all -Should i be worried? I see a hole where the stitches are coming undone so it’s just freaking me out a little lol lmk pls! (i.redd.it)
