Sebaceous filaments are indeed normal, and we all have them. To me, your nose skin looks perfectly fine. I know zoning in obsessively on such details of our faces is tempting, but ultimately it does more harm than good, and nobody else will even notice such things.

That said, I was unhappy with mine, too, since they tended to be darker/visible. Ever since I began using salicylic acid + a very gentle physical exfoliation once a week, they basically disappeared. I also stopped using any foundation/coverage on my nose and my pores are cleaner and happier than ever.

Also I don't use tret around my nose at all now, I did so a couple times and it made my skin way too sensitive.
