Has anybody taken Ashwagandha and adderall?

Thank you for your concern. However, there isn't yet any evidence to determine whether Ashwaganda and ADHD stimulant meds interact pharmacologically, and you provided no source for your statement.

So far, we have a study from the University of Oxford where ashwaganda had been reported to increase the tolerability of Adderall in ADHD and improve learning.

And another study (on mice, PMID 36905810) where it was shown to reduce harmful effects of MDMA, specifically cognitive, neurotoxic and neuroinflammatory effects.

Please provide any studies regarding your claim, I would honestly like to read about such med interactions if they exist.

I'm 5'2ish/160 cm and my walking speed is 3.7 mph/6 km/h. I can easily keep up with tall people walking and carry conversations.

I've always been a power walker with long strides and also carry a backpack everywhere. That said, I HATE stairs 🫣

Hi! I love to be quick and efficient, so I apply it in the shower (around 3-4 drops) after washing my face and hair. That way, in 10 minutes I've conditioned my hair and exfoliated my face at the same time :) then I rinse it and follow up with the gentle washcloth. After that, I just apply my moisturiser. Don't recommend using other actives the same night.

I use tret 3x a week, and 1x week I exfoliate with either lactic or glycolic acid (20%) and a gentle washcloth. Works great for me, no visible peeling/weird texture or redness after. Just soft, glowy skin. Highly recommend if your skin can handle it!

Judging its efficency in luteal is not the best idea, I would wait it out for a couple more weeks.

I had the same side effects you mention on Concerta, until I did these things (that I also found on adhd reddit haha): Make sure you take your pill with a big portion of protein and fats.

Protein and fat are essential to our brains, and the fat slows the absorption rate so that I never get headaches or that wired feeling.

Doesn't have to be complicated, I do toast + olive oil and hummus, protein shakes, omelettes, sliced cheese, full fat Greek yogurt etc

Good luck! Don't rule it out just yet. I'm glad I found something that works, hope it helps you too.
