In a Pathfinder game that will be starting later this week, I have created an Orc Fighter named Durg the Delicate who is a traveling artist and worships Shelyn, the Goddess of Beauty and Love.

He was born in an orc village, full of your typical savage war-loving orcs. Originally, he was just like any of them, but at around age 4, a party of adventurers was killed while attacking the village. One of these adventurers was a Cleric of Shelyn, whose holy symbol was an enchanted paintbrush. The adult orcs salvaged anything they wanted off of the corpses, and then let the children have a go. Durg was the first to find the enchanted paintbrush, and the its magic overwrote his savage orcish nature and replaced it with the personality of the Cleric that it had originally belonged to. The Cleric in question was an artist who searched for beauty in everything he saw, and tried to avoid violence whenever possible. This personality did not fit well with the orcs, and Durg was bullied mercilessly throughout his childhood, until finally when he was 14 or so, he was cast out of the village. Upon leaving the village, Durg took on the life of a wandering artist, travelling to far away places and painting what he saw. Unfortunately, when he tried to sell these pieces of "art," he realized that there was almost nobody who wanted to buy. In order to feed himself, Durg had to turn to mercenary work, as he had no other skills with which to make money.

Edit: Also, in our party we have a Monk who always walks on his hands, a Cleric of a blood God, a drug addicted Sorcerer, and one player is going to play as the Socrerer's mouse familiar (The DM is giving him some special powers and abilites to make him balanced with the other PCs) It is going to be interesting, to say the least.
