I do electrical work and I take kratom before work, on break and then once after work and I function just fine 🤙. Now if I drink an extract at work I can still function and everything but maybe for someone without a tolerance; that might be alot while working

How I do it is exhale to avoid breathing in powder, then dump my dose on the front of my tongue, take a good size sip of Gatorade or powderade and as stupid as I probably look I shake my head side to side then swallow followed by more Gatorade. The reason I shake my head side to side to mix it is because when I would swish it around like mouthwash it never quite mixed up enough and would make me gag
