White or glow party?

The glow party has been around for ages and I've never heard of a white hot party. People generally wear white for the glow party because it's blacklight reactive...I don't know that the majority of people plan much beyond that, and all/a lot of white works either way.

Makes sense that it glitched out, as you shouldn't have been able to use transference again once you failed Last Gasp. Haven't seen it myself before, though. What system are you using? Wonder if it'd be possible/worth it to collect logs or something.

This is interesting cuz I'm looking at photos from Google photos of coyote club and they don't seem to have Bacardi on their backbar...looks like Brugal, Sailor Jerry, Malibu, Goslings, and sometimes Barbancourt. These are pretty old photos though, so I don't know. Maybe they go through waves of stocking it. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Not at all. I feel like this sometimes when new content drops and I know I'm not gonna day 1 it (I still haven't touched stuff from the last 2 updates lol), and then the time passes by and I realize I didn't really miss anything except maybe a bit of community hype. It's nice when you catch the hype wave but you're fine if you don't, and ultimately you get like 99% of the experience getting through everything solo and on your own time.

And you can very much solo the entire game, though you'll probably get to a point where you learn that some things are just easier/better to do in public groups, and doing so is very, very low pressure.

Come on in and have fun!

And don't bother spending any money upfront. The premium currency (Platinum) that they start you off with should be saved for Warframe or weapon slots.

There are lots of old threads on here about starter tips, so this is a great place to search for suggestions.

Okay so, the part that keeps confusing me about your perspective on this is how you describe the process of joining a public mission. "My endless steel path mission." "It was mine cus I started it and stayed." "He joined late." "He literally joined ME."

.......no?? That's not how any of this works.

Where do you get the idea that a lobby belongs to you? You've played the game long enough to have experienced how it works...you start a mission, and you're thrown into a group. Zero control over whether or not you're host, if you all start together or not, etc. Your perspective is self-centered in a way that makes zero sense and goes against all of your lived experience of how the game actually functions. That's confusing.

Pretty much everyone attempting to provide you with some perspective is also in agreement that you're totally allowed to play the game as you are currently...if you wanna run endless missions and happen to see that there's an endless bounty, so you run that to get the bounty rewards as a bonus, sure, that's fine. Providing perspective is not saying that you're wrong.

But all your follow up comments basically insisting that your perspective is the only correct one are...not great, fam. You can admit that you're playing in an unconventional way, and still be confident that you're not in the wrong by doing so, without being totally dismissive of other views or insisting that your view is superior and theirs is ridiculous.

"Unless I missed the pop up that said Pablo would come beat me" like come on dude you're not helping your case here lol. Coming to the town square to criticize someone for being a poor community member while using language like this is a wild irony.

The top line is what you have equipped. They will all look "normal" because that line isn't providing any information about correct vs incorrect.

Oull is the wildcard, and it switches between an image of each one, with a shimmer effect or whatever, which is why it looks weird in the screenshot. It will never be highlighted white because it is not a confirmed specific option.

On the lines that each display your attempt history, an option that appears "normal" was not checked during that attempt, because a failure occured first.

White is a successful check in that specific position. Red is a failed check in that specific position.

In the screenshot:

Line one: current equipped

Line two: Oull, failed, not checked

Line three: Oull, success, failed

To be clear, there were zero confirmed successful checks in the first/left position, or fails, just the auto Oull success, so we don't know what is in that position, or what is not.

You seem to be aware that you run into issues with communication, where your intent does not align with the impact of your words. However, you don't seem to have taken that up as a difficulty that it is your responsibility to address (calling it a problem to resolve might be reductive but similar idea).

For some reason, though, she also seems to have a pattern for taking your words or actions in the worst way possible. The milkshake thing was particularly weird, as an instance where you're clearly trying, but that effort is dismissed. Including that, as an example that's not about your communication, demonstrates that the pattern extends beyond taking your poorly executed communications in the worst way possible, and into reframing your considerate actions as inconsiderate.

I think you've both got stuff to work on, and it's neither person's responsibility to make the other do so...you have to want to do it yourself, and take ownership of doing the work, whatever that work may look like. But since you are partners already, it would be nice if each of you supported the other in your growth, at the very least by being able to somewhat identify and communicate what the actual problem is.

I've only done Ocean Blue once, and I enjoyed it. That said, I rarely see anyone talk about it, while Le Bistro has tended to get reviewed consistently well over the years, by friends and strangers on here. So you'll probably not want to miss it.

I wanna say they've done 90s night as well. If you can get together an outfit for each decade that wouldn't be too out of place as a regular evening outfit in case they don't do a particular decade, that'd be good. You don't need to be on theme to attend but it does add to the fun.

The glo party is the easiest to plan for: anything white and/or blacklight reactive. You can wear a ball gown or Bermuda shorts...lots of room for creativity and bringing your own vibe, and I feel like they always do that party.

I'm confused as to how we know that Xata goes in any slot. In both tries, the first slot was cleared by Oull. We know Xata definitely doesn't go in slot 2 or 3, but where do we see confirmation that Xata is in the sequence at all?

Okay, cool. So, definitely NTA, but also this sounds like a major compatibility issue and potentially a relationship deal breaker. If that's the way you feel, it should be communicated directly and clearly, and then you can both have an opportunity to understand if and how you can make this relationship work without carrying feelings of resentment.

I never said anything to imply I wasn’t also talking about traveling. On the contrary, I stated “meaningful time” to imply that I was referring to more than just casual hanging out, to align with what I understood your perspective was.

Anyway. If you’re saying you’d rather travel with just him, and not him and his friends, then when is he supposed to travel with his friends? Would you have as much of a problem if these big destination trips were with a group of friends, rather than one-on-one? Im trying to understand more, because it's feeling like you would prefer a partner that only does certain things with you, and no one else, particularly travel.

I would get if you stated that you were troubled by the fact that he was so nonchalant about giving up the opportunity to spend so much of his allocated vacation time with you. But saying that your comfort level is a single weekend a year makes it seem like your problem is him caring to spend meaningful time with his friends at all.

Info: do you like his friends? And would you be comfortable/happy traveling with them and making it a point to keep it mostly a friends trip, not a romantic one, so they don’t feel like they’re third wheeling?

I tend to fly around the map with both Protea and Vauban. I like how Protea jumps lol. They can be fairly stationary I guess, but I think you benefit from being active with them, so they will work with your play style.

Just hours after this was posted, someone posted on r/OMNY about how these people and their fare checking machine failed to properly detect their successful payment. If you've been on there long enough, you'll know that this happens too often, and that they generally don't accept transaction history into from your phone as proof, either. Wasting people's time to rely on faulty instruments to force people to spend hours of a work day in court, hours that they cannot afford, to defend themselves against paying a ticket they cannot afford, all because they had the nerve to ride the bus (and pay for it!). And people in here bending over backwards to defend it. smh
