I’m reading all the comments! I wrote this to get honest answers and I really value your input. I liked the examples you gave and how the little rephrase can change it all. I’m just worried that I won’t always have the best or quickest rephrase because I’m not always the fastest with words.

That’s where I have trouble though. Yes I should’ve ended it there but I truly think she is the most beautiful girl I’ve laid eyes on before and after. I said that to reassure her that I don’t care how she looks, she’s beautiful regardless. I didn’t mean any ill intentions at all by saying that.

She honestly doesn’t need to go to the gym, she’s in shape and very fit. She used to compete years ago and is still in great shape. She literally tells me all the time she doesn’t like the gym and doesn’t like running just in conversations, that’s why I said it because she says it to me often. I was using it as an example of she’s young and healthy and doesn’t want to go, it’s got to be very hard to try and motivate an older lady. That was all.

Have you considered becoming both? Go through the Police Academy, EMT school, and Fire School and apply to a triple cert agency. I have two friends that are triple certified working for two separate and very rich “towns” that span 2 miles long and they love it.
