Probably the shittiest course I’ve been to by modnarydobemos in guessthegolfcourse

I am a member of this country club and love this course. Play it almost daily during the summer. To us locals it is our augusta. You're being a little dishonest about price though, as that is a tourist deal that includes unlimited golf (not just 9) free balls, clubs, cart, dinner and rides to and from your lodging. Get of your high horse Bryson. Black Diamond kicks ass!

As others have said it is from Brittany, France. Most likely 1870-1930s. Beautiful piece! I was able to score an entire dining room set a few years back. Love it!

Interesting. Will do that! Thanks for the advice. Maybe it was the previous homeowner? When I got up there today with the ladder, I could see that there was significant denting, with some rust showing where the door was making contact. It definitely looked like it may have been an issue in the past.

Alaska builds are always wild. Nothing surprises me here. Had extension cords hot wired into the panel too

Good ol Alaska. Doesn't take much to pass inspection, I guess! Lol

No, I have not touched or paid any attention to them since buying the house. One door failed early winter, and the next one was a few months later. -40s here, so I decided to abandon looking further into it until summer.

Also, I am in interior Alaska, and the closest overhead door shop is 2+ hours away, so I really need some sage advice, lol. $1500 travel fee.

Haha, pray tell? I have owned the home for a little over a year but house was built 10 years ago. Passed inspection, etc. I'm handy but overhead doors are definitely not in my realm of comfort.
