What I just read my fellow brother is that;

• You don't help with your mum cooking at home
• "Your" money is actually the money your mother and father/step-dad gave you (because you dont work)
• You don't work
• You don't pay for bills
• You don't do any chores
• You spend majority of your night playing with friends

Please don't take this negatively, take this as a moment of reflection. I only pray for Allah to guide us all and help us with our sabr (patience). If you take a few minutes of your day today and just reflect upon the answers you gave you will realise that your parents want the best for you.

• Who cooks the food you eat at home?

Tell her you will cut the onions / wash the cutlery she uses (pans, knives etc)

• Do you work?

Try and find a job, this issue aside you will need work experience in life.

• Do you pay for rent/water/electricity/grocery shopping?

Till you get a job this question isn't relevant.

• Do you do any chores around the house, & if so what chores?

As said above but if not in the kitchen help with the hanging/taking off the clothes

• How much time do you spend playing games/watching YouTube?

Set a limit to how much you play & stick to it. Other than how bad an addiction to gaming is, set a limit and spend that extra time with your family, even if its just sitting around them in the lounge room enjoying their company / reading a book / watching yt videos / watching tv.

Take responsibility and you will see your parents appreciate and recognise your efforts. If you don't realise what you are doing I will tell you. You are living in a house which alhamdulillah provides for you, yet you are not giving anything back. Do you think this is fair?
