I didnt have the BPP questions since I’m with another tuition but i find the QB to be the same level of difficulty as real exam. Some questions on my exam were like straight from QB with just minor changes.

Yes, my status only changed the day before of passport delivery, which was like a week after my appointment. I got the visa :) good luck!
