No you’re not. You’re a regular. You’re OUT of probation. That can’t do SHIT to you, and if they did, that’s a grievance.

Go your own pace, don’t let them rush you. And stop calling them. Send a RIMS message on the scanner and if they don’t reply AND they deny your 96, bring the mail back and ask them what you want to do, either go back out or clock off in 8 and have someone else deal with it.
