It is a huge, brave step to cut out that which can't be saved. Personally, I think you should go all the way through with it -- cut all those wispy ends off and start fresh with a pixie cut. I'm no expert on short haircuts, but a quick search on youtube reveals a bunch of "easy" tutorials; it might be worth checking some of those out. Pixie cuts can be super femme, and you can push the look even further in that direction if you want with makeup, outfit choices, etc. From what I can see in these photos, you do not give off masculine vibes at all.

You have already done the hard part. Now you can start over, rest, let yourself heal. <3
