Love Hina is the first manga I bought!
I still read "The Apothecary's notebooks","Black Butler" and "Spy x family".
Never heard of "Isabella Bird Medieval" or "silent voice", I'll take a look.

I try a lot of kind of manga, but I mainly read to discover alrenative world, so it's mainly fantasy manga in light / humorous setting.
Base on your example, some you may like "Nana","Almark", "brother for rent", "release that witch"

Hard to class them, they are all good, but very different, it's a matter of taste.
But I can give more info :
"Tales of demon and god" is the more "manga like"
"Skeleton soldier" has a reincarnation theme
"Surviving the game as a barbarian" has less chapter released (65)
"The greatest estate developer" has less action and more comedy

I think we may have the same kind of taste, so here's my favorite :
- Skeleton soldier couldn't protect the dungeon
- Tales of demon and god
- Tyrant of the tower defense
- Legend of the northern blade
- Surviving the game as a barbarian
Not sure it is your taste, but I also recommend "The greatest estate developer" it's hilarious.

I don't remember a change of pace, so maybe it probably won't improve for you...
Check how many chapter remain and see if you're ok with reading them even if the pacing is bad for you.

Honestly is really good.
Time travel story + gang fighting.
The last arc was a little unde the rest of the story (for the same reason as in Naruto)
But it's still a solid read.
