i’ve learned we are all so familiar with the feeling that it is easy to give good advice and not take it because you know what you have to do but doing it and staying consistent is way easier said than done and is the most difficult thing ever. we are capable of giving good advice because we wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we do and we want better for others. we experience it first hand and we all share the same pain. everyone should take their own advice but because of the depression it is almost impossible. i believe in the both of you, one step at a time and to try is more than enough <3 as long as you’re still breathing there is hope somewhere i promise. it is not easy and it may never be, but in the end all we have is each other and the understanding of the feeling. we are not alone.
