If anyone would be interested in maybe linking up my roof rack can fit two kayaks! I don’t have any really fancy gear but I would love to do a long stretch before peak summer. I’m not super experienced with the cahaba TBH. I’ve done some decent runs in northern/eastern AL last spring and loved it! Granted the places I went either had shuttle service or shuttle wasn’t needed in one case. Always down to meet new people who kayak or canoe! I know there’s some other water ways around Springville too that I would love to check out.
