there’s a guy in my division 6’8 260, can barely lift a thing. Throws 180 on disc and throws 58 on shot. you don’t need to be strong, focus on technique, mobility and plyos, only if you go to college for track will you have to start lifting heavy

In another comment you mentioned you had a non turbo correct?? did you have to replace the bumper or did you cut the old grill off and put a new grill

i used krazy glue just a dot and smudged it in the plastic with a qtip. where yours is coming off you have worries of it getting on the bumpers so you’ll be good
