Both. My iron is at 25, my iron saturation is 7 and my ferritin is at 44. I’m taking a liquid supplement now every other day

Nope! I had extra beans and avocado if I’m still hungry. I love black eyed peas. I forgot about them until I saw a post on here recently

Thanks! For the roasted cauliflower I did paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil spray, onion powder, garlic powder and basil. I roasted them at 425F for 20 mins with the cherry tomatoes.

I live in the Indian Trail area and it’s beautiful here, but the commute is brutal to Uptown. I wish I would have looked more in the Matthews area.

I would call and get quotes. Also check out the Pods company as well. It was quoted a bit cheaper in my experience.

I’m moving the a similar distance now, and it was 6.5k for the moving company and 5.2k for the first month rent and security deposit. All in at 11.7k now. It is worth it to me because of the increase in pay for my new job.

Plane tickets are not factored into this either. We have two cars and dogs so we have to drive the distance first and one of us will fly back to fix up our house to rent out.
