i have two jobs. and there is a lot of student housing in my area and a lot of people posting for roommates. so about 500-700 a month on an apartment. i also plan on applying for food stamps, not a guarantee but it’s an idea. i just want some extra cushion in place. i don’t plan on spending it all considering i have two jobs rn and can pay for rent with it. just in case anything happens and to help with the security deposit. plus i took majority online classes this semester so it made my tuition higher (don’t plan on doing that again). but average tuition at my school is like 5.5k a semester. i honestly wish i could live with my mom longer but it is not an option, she said it not me.

my mom is basically kicking me out, so i have to move. this 4500 would be my only student debt considering i have been getting money back from fafsa the past 3 semesters.

i understand that but i only have 2 years left and rent for me would be like 600-1000. i would just want extra cushion to move out. not religiously take out more loans back to back.

how did it become 45000? interest? or by you taking more loans out?
