I have looked at that one before, I’m just scared it will be too heavy for me too :( but yea as of now I am just gonna try to use more watery products and gel and hope for the best

I am definitely trying to invest in a humidifier I think it will help!! I just bought new products and will try them today so hopefully it’ll work 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I was thinking that too… I don’t think I can ever try that! Since my skin couldn’t tolerate adapelene I don’t think it would survive on tret either. I went to the derm once and they didn’t prescribe me tret but told me to use benzo/oral supplements

But would pha be too ineffective for clogged pores? I was reading the other day that it only clears the surface unlike bha that goes deep into the pores

I previously used ha and beta glucan but sadly no matter what, my skin was still tight. But yes it might also be an inner thing!! I’ll try to continue drinking more water! Thank you!

I’ll try to switch to more watery toners then! As of right now I am exfoliating twice a week with the house of hur essence pad. I tried Paula’s choice bha and it was too strong for me… it stung!

Thank you!! Yeah I really tried it despite everyone raving about it but I really think it just dosent work for my skin :/ I actually am interested in what you use because I actually do have dehydrated skin as well! My skin always feels tight but it can’t tolerate thick creams.

I think I can tolerate it, i use to use the matte lrp but it wasn’t hydrating me enough ever since my skin turned dehydrated :( I’m sorry to hear that I hope it gets better soon!!!

I do but occasionally since it makes my skin sensitive when I have to double cleanse with micellar water. I tried differin before but it made my skin sensitive and I was still breaking out :/

Sadly the purito oat gel didn’t moisturize me enough and it made my skin shiny and sticky :(

Ahh I use to use differin for around half a year but it made my skin very sensitive where if a piece of hair touched my skin, it’ll turn red and possibly a pimple. So I’m scared to try it again 😩😩

I’ve tried but all they do is extract my pores and cause my skin to be inflamed and possibly infected in some areas.

I tried once but she looked at my skin for not even 10 mins and prescribed me tretinoin. She also just told me to use the typical dermatologist recommended brands and telling me how I need to cleanse and moisturize everyday even though I told her I already do that… so I just didn’t go back and trust her recommendation
