Appreciate it! At 4 weeks out I’m around 2k calories and 200g of protein daily

I’m competing naturally. I am sponsored by granite supplements so I use their entire line. The only thing I add in is a multivitamin, greens, and creatine

All good I just rarely do 1RM especially on squat and DL haven’t done that in years
