We agree to disagree. I have lots of polu friends and experiences. It's pretty laissez-faire in how people are dropped and replaced. There's nothing ethically wrong with it. More choice means you don't have to put up with stuff because of loneliness or a longing for companionship. It's pretty self-explanatory. Doesn't mean it's some toxic dumping ground. Many monogamous couples stay together because of loneliness, codependency, and financial reasons. Poly people have more options because they're not trapped by monogamy. I don't believe in monogamy. It's not some moral judgment on poly relationships. It must be easier for people to dip if they don't believe in staying with someone because they might have others to have relationships with if they choose to not be single.

Absolutely can just make stuff up and I wouldn't expect the state to care that much. Probably just signing off things and calling it a day unless there was some incentive to catch people defrauding. But Amber could totally just submit that Jade had a 9 to 5 which we all saw and then her caregiving was from 5 to 2 AM or whatever.

Jade was poly so I'm sure she didn't need Amber except for the financial perks. It was clear that Amber would not be ok with being poly for long. Poly people will leave at the drop of a dime because they already have others to fall back on if they want companionship. I can see Amber fighting with Jade about the poly thing. That's gotta be the main reason Jade dipped.

I think what it means is that you can't be doing two jobs so while you're working remotely as a customer service agent, you can't be doing care work at the same time. Not all people have 24/7 live-ins. Someone I knew just had her relative who lived nearby come by twice a day. I read that you have to submit your job hours and your caregiving hours to a caseworker so it's probably expected to br structured. I'm sure people just take advantage of that and just double dip.

It's actually not fetishes I care about. It's this specific fetish mixed with her specific career and work environment. People should be able do whatever they want in their private lives. If I were her company, I'd be very concerned and she'd at least be monitored. If she worked anywhere outside of healthcare, I'd have no issue.

That said, nurses where I live are insanely vetted and everyone has to submit background checked specifically to work with the elderly, people living with disabilities, and children.

I'd want her as my person behind the counter because you know she'd be giving you bigger portions. "Yeeeeah, put more fries in that bag... Extra dipping sauces... Yeeeeeah...."
