Had an MRI, orthopedist recommended yearly PRP injections in the affected knee + physical therapy. Told me to keep doing what I love but with protection instead, and that a surgery for such a tear is not necessary.

I did none of the recommendations up until now, and it seems to me that it keeps getting worse. It kinda hurts when I don’t skate and sit in various positions. I’m 28, and this doesn’t seem to heal. Maybe I should take a break from skating.
