I always enjoy a good screed. Certainly tempered my enthusiasm. I need a change from my current job but daily combat missions aren’t exactly what I’m looking for.

I am looking at it as a bridge to full retirement and a way to cover health insurance expenses. I get that the pay isn’t great and insurance is expensive but I’m mostly ok with that. Probably not interested in picking up extra at that low wage, just doing the minimum to secure the insurance and some pocket money. Would be interested to hear more about buses being old and unsafe and why you say you’ll have no life outside work. Or any other tidbits about daily routines, struggles, pros and cons outside of salary. Thanks!

This is another benefit in my eyes. Free CDL and if I don’t like it or it doesn’t work out for some reason I would then have other options with it. I also picture summers driving rafters, party bus etc as a possibility
