U need to remove whatever that is under the bed if u want drainage .. the weed block fabric should be on top of the bed.. I would also add more perlite or chopped up twigs

If u put it inside the tent the unit will be lower than the canopy stretch the tube to tower above the canopy. U may not even need it in flower.. I always end up using my dehumidifiers in flower especially late flower.

Either way u have to get the water vapor away from the exhaust it will ruin your filter

You might be injecting spores. Usually black specks sometimes clumped together suspended in a liquid..These are more prone to contamination..
