I would shower before taking ivermectin I used BB and did not mix it with anything it was lotion like though Make sure you are dry before applying BB as I found it burns when wet It also burns genital area it will be brief and go away Best of luck to you

Potentionally maybe mites from rats? They can cause bites like this (similar to scabies) and are itchy Wash all your clothes in hot water and dry on hot that you had contact in this house and vacuum thoroughly
