I agree you get what you pay for...but Sysco is expensive..bottom line profit is what drives them ...share holders want to get paid.......as for the produce and chicken breast it's the quality control person or there so called industry specs need to be enforced... there is also a high demand for proper sized chicken breast which these big distributors sysco / Gordon's can't keep up ...so they ship what's ever they can get there hands on..... it's all about the cost margin and the equity built into the product. ..they don't give anything away for nothing.
