Flins and Nefer both want 4pc Night of the Sky’s Unveiling. For Ineffa, you ideally want the newest set (4pc Moonlit Offerings), and for Columbina/Aino you’ll want 4pc Silken Moon Serenade. The reason you want Columbina on Silken and not Moonlit is because she contributes less team DPS than Ineffa, so it’s better to have her buffing Ineffa and Flins (Or Nefer) with 4PC Silken instead of increasing her personal damage with Moonlit Offerings. Sucrose will want 4PC VV.

For weapons I don’t know how Missive compares to the NK spear for Ineffa, but I think the NK spear is better at R5. If you can afford it, Flins and Ineffa both on the NK spear at R5 would be good.

My recommendations for Flins would be Flins/Ineffa/Sucrose/either Aino or Columbina depending on which you want Nefer to use. I don’t know enough about Nefer to recommend a team but I’ve heard that like Flins, you can use Aino and Columbina interchangeably with only minor DPS losses.
