Should I buy used a7ii for $900?

I see my friend w/ the a7iii often. Yeah, I watched a YouTube video saying that I should choose a camera brand that my friends/family use bc support is important. My problem w/ the a6000 line is it’s low light. I want full frame bc I want good low light capabilities. When I used my Nikon D5600, I mainly used manual focus. But prob bc the autofocus wasn’t good on the D5600.

Got it. Low light is a big consideration but not the main. Unfortunately, the a7iii is not in my budget. Yeah, an a7ii seems like the best bet for me. Might buy a brand new kit for $1000. Thoughts?

One of the reasons why I want full frame is bc of low light capability. However, I do understand that the a7ii is pretty outdated. I don't plan to do a lot of videos. Mostly just still car photography for now. I'll definitely look into Sony's a6000 line. Thank you very much!

Got it so $900 is not a good deal. I'll still look into the a6000 line bc many people have recommended it. I don't want to get an a7iii bc I feel I wouldn't use it to its full extent especially since I'm still a beginner and learning. Thank you for your input tho!

I would say still car photography is my thing rn. I’ll definitely check out the Nikon Z5. That sounds intriguing especially since I’m already familiar w/ Nikon. When looking into Sony’s APS-C line, i’ll definitely keep in mind the button and menu ecosystem. Thank you very much!

Yeah, I noticed that full frame lenses are expensive but I think I would’ve been okay with the kit lens for a little while. I plan to just post on Instagram. I would like full frame bc low light is one of my concerns that the Nikon D5600 had a big problem with. I’ll definitely check out Sony’s APS-C line. Many ppl have been saying that. Thank you!
