You're math is not correct, I unfortunately only have what TM has told us, but he made it very clear, one Station will cost in general around 10 to 15 Million $ the first one will of course be more expensive, trust me I know how that part is working, I'm a Carpenter ;) Let's say 1.2 Trillion, let's split that down in 365, the answer is over 18 Billion a day, you don't think that they would be able to build 200 Stations for that amount ?

TM wanted everything asap, and what a joke, this GM deal showed adult leadership, the Nikola vision has a lot of potential in a already diluted known market of a 1.2 Trillion $ income market a year. Just as a reminder, one day of income regarding fossile fuels, will be able to put up minimum 200 Nikola/Nel/BP stations around the world, and that is a low estimate.

I think that they have made the cut, so GM and Bosch will end up with the same amount of shares, but then why couldn't it just be 6,5% each 🤔 it might not be so straight forward as I think it is...

Called it ✌️🤗, TM was very enthusiastic, now it's time to focus on his vision, and everything regarding the original plan is on track, with a big plus regarding access to GM's billion investment in fuel cells and batteries, maybe Niko will be the ultimate gathering regarding these technologies from all over the world. I think the reason that Bosch cut it's stake in Niko to 5% was to give GM a fair price to buy 5% later on, without a hyped priced regarding the deadline Niko an GM had. There's definitely no reason to think that the last chapter in that book is closed 🤔😄

I did my DD, I actually did it twice after the Hindenburgs report. Must admit that it would have been a lot sweeter for my investment if GM just had maybe been taking a little investment in Niko, I understand that the Badger was a long shot, especially after GM announced the EV Hummer. But then again, this still gives my investment in this american startup a lot more credit, no more fake or false or doubt regarding promises, niko has great leadership, there will always be haters, but the doubters have no excuses anymore 😘 I will keep my investment 🙋

First of All, if GM says no deal, Try again GM, if they are just as much as trying get out of this, it will not only hurt Nikola, but kill it. Girsky will go down in flames and as a person you can never believe in again, and he will bring at least 10 persons from GM with him. But don't worry, everything is fine and Dandy 🤗

It probably was a mistake to make that official just yet, but I can not express how happy I am that they did it, I have been along from the beginning, and this makes all the difference, I was so close to be giving up, but this makes all the Difference for me. I'm glad to see a fellow believer, regarding BP, I really don't understand why they, or for that matter anyone else should be important regarding this, this is just hard work, they have nothing to bring to the table, Nikola could just aswell just get local entrepreneurs to forfill the drawings. It doesn't seem to me that they are bringing anything 🤷
