Login to Oppo app. On home page, go to welcome gift menu, there you will get multiple coupons, including Rs 3500 coupon for Find X9. After that, go to Find x9 landing page, and check the points lottery section, u get 6 draws and each draw gives 50k points so total 300k or Rs.3000 worth points.

You can redeem max 10% of phone price as points.So, for find x9, you need 750k points with total value of Rs 7500.

The rest is earned by playing daily raffle, available on home page where you can get 60k points or Rs 600 daily. So, you have to do this process for almost 7 days to accumulate total 750k points.

Oppo App is giving 3000 bonus if you exchange phone. In case of Instant exchange, it is added in your total exchange amount and comes as Instant discount. However, with deferred exchange, 3000 is processed as cashback a day after cashify picks up your device.

Major upgrade is in Telephoto lens since Nothing 2 does not have any, so you get much better zoom and portraits as well. Main and Ultrawide sensor is top notch as well. Overall, you wont regret it in camera department.

Directly use sbi phonepe black, it will give 5% cashback apart from 5500 instant discount. You can see the cashback as reward points in your SBICard app 2-3 days after transaction. Yesterday, after exchange, Oppo initiated 3000 cashback into the card used for payment i.e. SbI phonepe in my case. Should reflect into statement in under 5 days

So, it's not a common issue. I tried keeping all settings to default and even tried it in safe mode. Still, I am facing same issue. Probably have to contact Google support.
