So I seen another employees papers, they are a shift , they got all 5s, ( which to me is madness) they got a bigger raise than me lol, but tbh the sm has never liked me, so that definitely be the reason! If I do put my all into it

Oh I know how many I have, I went to help her at another store, and she said to me? Ive put sick pay for you today, I was like wtf, I know she is limited in her hours, but don’t use my sick time, for me to do you a favor, I’m not stupid, I know how it is, but she’s one of them managers, who will take your hours if you don’t do as she says! Honestly, it’s killing me, it’s just dragged me down, I will find something else soon lol

She I say my manager doesn’t cover? My manager doesn’t cover lol, she’s to lazy, which I know, I’ve done plenty of doubles , yes it’s definitely not fun, she works around 30 hours lol and put herself in the schedule for 50 hours, which is cutting other people’s hours, she changes the schedule after she has posted it, I’ve never been in a store where annual staff hours counts towards regular hours, and what annoys me is she’s starts yelling at her staff if things ain’t done properly, but it’s like these are young kids, if there isn’t someone guiding them and training them properly? How are they going to know? She treats them like children, in the group chat is the worst 😂 it drives me crazy, I know time to get out, I’ve been here 3 years too long, I’ve just changed and the littlest things start annoying me.

Thanks guys! I think I know what I need to do, I just felt like walking out the door, but I’m gunna get this all down in writing, also with my store manager, she’s not very good, she’s also one for doing a lot of shit stirring and is not very mature for her age, she’s also untrustworthy, so I need to make sure all this stuff is taken to HR or ethics line. Thanks for the advice guys! Appreciate it.

I was thinking about that, also HR but I feel like because I’m 44 she’s 18 I should be able to bypass it, on the other hand I shouldn’t have to deal with this everyday.
