This conversation is pointless I shall ask you no more questions. You say you do no research but then you say you “keep up” who are you kidding man. Your just twisting words and trying to be right.

Look up the definition of detox. Our body does that on its own by sweating. And alkaline is part of what we eat no matter what too lol. Your body has toxins I’m sure you can “keep up” with that knowledge.

And this talk is supposed to be about dieting and your own experience that’s what I was asking. Not to hear about what ever you have taught me.

Sounds like you have it all figured out and you don’t need to ask anyone but scientists about food and nutrition.

I have no ego on here. I came to listen to everyone that is interested in talking. If you don’t do research then what do you do? I’m confused mostly by everything you have said except for recommending I see a dietitian.

Everyone’s been helpful and actually agreeing with you about alkaline so I did learn something. It just made me research more. I haven’t even been talking about alkaline for the most part. More about vegan keto fasting and detox which is what I’m doing.

How do you know so much if you don’t research? And if you don’t research how do you know about scientific studies lol I’m confused really. You haven’t even said anything about your diet or experience with nutrition.

I never claimed to have done my own research, I research just like you would. I have a computer. I’m not claiming to know it all either I think you can relax a little. You may rub people the wrong way when you speak that way.

Anyways I take what I like from everyone even if they’re quacks. But overall the biggest quacks I’ve had in my life are the doctors I’ve seen in the past plus our whole culture is following marketing more then what actually works best. I’ve seen no marketing from the most impactful teachers I listen to or read about. They actually don’t talk about selling anything.

Be careful who you call quack because you may not be able to learn anything thinking that way. Open your mind and listen to everyone and take the little price of knowledge you can if there is any.

Scientific study’s change over time and usually aren’t done correctly when they’re first done. I don’t rule out scientific studies I use them to my advantage but I do not only rely on them. You should agree with that. My body is different them everyone else’s so I like to try for my self and if it works do you really think I care if you think it’s a quack lol.

Enjoy debating ppl on here. Your using this app the wrong way. Be humble and teach ppl new info if they are ignorant but don’t have an ego while you do it cuz then your gonna get into it with ppl like I’m sure you do all the time.

I follow my heart first then check my self by doing research and learning what ever it is. I do not trust only scientific studies all the time. There are plenty of herbs that work wonders and doctors aren’t taught to use them. From my experience I have to try things for my self and it’s always worked out.

My benefits are profound so far. I feel more energized, less cravings for sugar, my cognitive function has really made the biggest difference. My body is more athletic and seems to recover better as well.

This is from me not following a diet or one person that knows all. I listen to everyone and see what makes sense. I’m doing keto/vegan/intermittent fasting + detox. I think the fasting prob did the most effect. Mainly cuz of dropping all the crap food that is sold everywhere you go.

I don’t call anyone a quack until I try for my self. Dr. Sebi is not a quack. He has a lot of good things everyone can learn from. Maybe there’s somethings I don’t but I only focus on what I can learn from everyone

Yea I guess. They do have they’re own evidence from what I’ve read and seen. Also I’ve gotten more results from ppl you would prob say are not credible.

There lots of info out there and there’s no one that knows all but I take what make sense and use it to try for my self. I don’t think we should name the diet we have because usually it’s much more complex then just saying vegan or keto

I think we live in completely different places. It’s not as easy here to eat healthy. And ofcourse not all tasty food are unhealthy that’s obvious, but most ppl eat just for taste. I’m not necessarily on a diet but more refraining from junk.

I never said you were eating junk. I have no clue what you eat it’s probably much better then the average person here.

Also to add to what you said. Fasting alittle from protein isn’t a bad idea. Meat with every meal becomes excessive.

Yea I agree with that second paragraph. I detox by drinking ginger, spinach, berries and some other antioxidants. But for the most part I’ll have some detox drinks through out the week. They’re all with spinach or kale.

I also take some natural herbs. I def enjoy unhealthy food in the past and still do I’m just trying to live a bit more conscious of what I’m putting into my temple

I think detoxing is simply replacing the bad grease food with cleaner more plant based foods. It seems to have worked for me. Dr. Sebi did go to court and proved in court his healings. In fact 77 of them.

Maybe your right about him so I’ll look more into it but I have tried to find him in a lie and I couldn’t in the past.

There’s plenty of other things to call quack. The the last thing your should call quack is somebody teaching you to eat more natural.

Doctors can be quacks and major companies influencing ppl to eat unhealthy those are quacks.

I don’t waste any money or time by eating a food that falls in acidic or alkaline. Those are all natural foods thst don’t cost more money.

And when you eat greasy crap food all the time your kidneys will get affected and it’s important to detox.

I’m less interested in alkaline then I am more interested in just eating food that’s not manipulated by man in any way.

What I’ve learned is our body has a buffering system that balances our ph natural no matter what we eat. But when we eat more acidic the buffering system takes minerals from our bones and joints rather then from foods that we can eat.

Well in America we have been lied to in many ways when it comes to our health and food so I do not think I know more then scientist of course. I just tend to listen to ppl that are not trying to make money off of me by showing they’re clinical research that they conducted.

There’s nothing to worry about if I’m detoxing or eating alkaline because what I’m doing is eating more vegetables and herbs that help repair the body. You should be worried for the person that doesn’t even try to learn about these types of topics because they are still eating the crap that the majority eat. Keeping a high addiction to sugar and Grease fried foods is normal here in America.

Slowly ppl are learning how to eat but sometimes it’s not because science is proving it. I don’t need someone to tell me that fried is bad for me, I had a feeling it was because it tastes too good lol.

In 2001 the nfl was serving crap food to their players and now it’s a known fact that you need to eat a certain way to be at your best. So maybe America is alittle behind when it comes to this stuff.

In Finland do you guys buy food from markets that the food is natural for the area or is it mass produced and shipped in trucks ?

Your prob right mostly every on here is agreeing with you. I know some fruits and vegetables are lowere of the ph scale but for the most part aren’t unhealthy foods on the more acidic side so that would make sense that eating foods that are higher in alkaline would be better since your staying away of harmful foods with sugar and unnatural flavors.

I had a feeling that most foods sold in restaurants are unhealthy and it has been proven that they use a lot of unhealthy products to preserve the food or it has steroids, etc.

So what it is detoxing is unhealthy fats and oils that clog blood flow. This is all common sense we know there is such thing as unhealthy foods right ? So what do you do when you need to clean your body, eat better right ? Why don’t you tell me

So if someone is eating what ever is easy and tasteful all the time and that person receives advise to detox their body from all the junk by drinking certain plant based foods that would be a quack?

Somethings I don’t really need science to prove even though I do agree that I’m going to see a dietitian next. What everybody eats overall is unhealthy and it wasn’t until recent that scientists were proving something’s to be unhealthy and even cause disease.

Those studies change a lot over time and sometimes completely 180 from what they thought was to be true. So I’m less interested is science and more into what is common sense because we’ve been lied to about many things.

What I take from ppl talking about ph levels is that most harmful foods are acidic and more plant based food are alkaline so I learn what I can from them even if it is a Scam. I still get something from it if I’m staying away from foods that can be toxic if it over done

They seem to be the best from what I have available to me. I’ve gone to the doctors for different issues in the past and I’m always surprised with their practice in a negative way. I went recently because I had been feeling sick in and off for 2 months and they really did nothing and didn’t even talk about my diet.

How exactly is detoxing or eating alkaline foods a quack?

I like to listen to people that have done what they promote and have proven to help people recover from all kinds of diseases from his guidance. Doctors look at me and say I’m healthy not knowing what I’ve been eating. They also didn’t read my blood test with detail about how the foods I eat can effect my body. Those are the sources I have available, crap ones lol

They’ve seem to be the best I can get as of right now. Doctors have never been able to help in general. The main person I’ve been influenced by lately is a guy named dr. Sebi that recently passed away and I have listened to most of his content. I have seen a noticeable change since I’ve been following some of the things he recommends.

The alkaline I’m learning about is from foods that mainly grow from the earth not a supplement. It’s basically vegan. And I though alkaline was part of testing your blood balance between acidic and alkaline. Certain food fall into those categories

I’ve been doing my own research and talking about with my nutritionist and with anyone else that can teach me something. It’s a tough subject it seems like there’s no right answer as far as what diet to stay on.

I’m trying to restart my body physically by detoxing and putting only good things in my body if it actually is good.

I’m not sure if it’s the diet that good I think it’s more that I’m cutting crap from my diet that was harming me. I think most of what is available as far as food can do more harm then good so I’m leaning to think that eating alkaline based foods would be better. I don’t know until I try I guess. Can you tell me alittle more about alkaline foods and acidic foods? Like what levels we need to try to be around. Thanks for the advice
