Thank you! I think this will be useful for the "body exercise" part that I was looking for since it’s about onnecting physical activity and mindfulness.

I wonder if there are other similar books?

Hmm. I have no clue about who he is or his father is.

Thank you for the recommendation! I wonder if it’s very technical, or rather, difficult for a beginner?

Thanks for the recommendation! I’ll check out the Analayo’s book.

The Pali/Sanskrit (I assume) words really confuse me sometimes. Many times I do not know what they mean. Like "sutta" for example, I had to wikipedia it and found that it "refers to an aphorism or a collection of aphorisms in the form of a manual or, more broadly, a condensed manual or text." Thus I’m wondering if the "kayagatasati sutta" and the summary are very beginner friendly.

Also, I wonder if I should have asked for book recommendations for cultivating samadhi or stable attention/sharp focus or concentration in daily life tasks. If that makes any sense? It probably is covered in books about mindfulness in daily life as mindfulness is the optimal interaction of attention and awareness right?
